Plans renew automatically each month at the price shown until you cancel. Your plan's credits are added each month and unused ones don't roll over. Cancel anytime in Manage plan and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Prices in US dollars, plus any applicable taxes. By subscribing you agree to the Terms.

Credits pay for generations. Each one shows its cost in credits before you start, and a longer clip costs more. A 10-second Body Double video is about 82.5 credits today.

No. Your plan's credits reset at each renewal, and unused ones expire at the end of the month.
Extra credits for subscribers: $10 buys 160 on Starter, 165 on Pro, 170 on Studio. Top-ups expire 90 days after you buy them, and your plan's credits are used first.
You get the credits back automatically. You don't need to contact us.

Yes. An upgrade starts right away at the new plan's full price, with a new monthly period and its credits; credits from your old plan stay until they would have expired. A downgrade starts at your next renewal.
Anytime, from Manage plan on your plan's card. You keep your plan and credits until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Payments aren't refundable, including for unused credits or the rest of a month, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong, email support@layo.co and we'll look at it.
